Just a suggestion.

If you could make it to where the user (member) could turn off the chat box and news ticker that would be an amazing feature. I don't care to see either. It's very distracting.

At this time it is not an option available to us. But per our previous conversation I did post a request for such an option with the designers. I have not heard back from them as of yet.

There is a Suggestions & Feedback section. Click “Support” in the Nav Bar at the top of every page (mobile devices in drop down menu). Click Support then Suggestions & Feedback. This will get my attention faster.

I wonder why I don't see the news ticker?  No problem, I wouldn't like it either.  But I love the shout box, it's for when you don't feel like posting and for a quick comment in passing 🙂

I removed the news ticker. It posed problems not only for members but for operations too.
