Merlin 2429 Posted Friday at 05:46 AM YUM! Crawford's Garibaldi Biscuits (Irresistibly Crisp Currant-Filled Biscuits—a British Teatime Favorite For Over 150 Years) Back in the 50s we had these under an American brand name and they were called Golden Fruit Bars. A very fond memory for me as it was my mother's favorite with tea. I have to order them online these days.
Gregorius 2708 Posted Friday at 08:48 PM Yum, Yum! Kagi-Fret-Mini-Assorted are the most expensive wafers on sale in Swiss supermarkets. A package weighing 2500 grams costs almost US $ 128. Those who want to spend less can buy the 150 gram pack for 9.72CHF (about 11 US dollars . It is madness to spend that amount of money. The taste of these wafers does not differ much from that of the wafers which cost 10 times less.
