Chili Cheese Dog (lunch today)

From what you eat for lunch, I deduce that cholesterol is not a problem for you.  Lucky you!

I was out for the day and we passed a Dairy Queen and the rest, as they say, is history

Friday's tuna salad was made with fat free mayo, pickle relish and lemon juice on whole wheat bread so it was like less than a gram of cholesterol

I don't like fish or shellfish food so I say: yuck!
If instead of shrimp there had been chicken then I would have said: YUM, YUUMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yum, yum!

I eat salty crackers  every morning during my breakfast,  spreading butter and apricot or cherry jam on the crackers.
I also drink a cup of "cappuccino" (milk and coffee in equal quantities)

My lunch today: Sunday 8 May.
Gnocchi with gorgonzola and gnocchi with tomato and basil.
(The Gnocchi are a mixture obtained by mixing a boiled potato and white flour)

YUM!

Crawford's Garibaldi Biscuits (Irresistibly Crisp Currant-Filled Biscuits—a British Teatime Favorite For Over 150 Years)

Garibaldi raisin biscuits with tea

Back in the 50s we had these under an American brand name and they were called Golden Fruit Bars. A very fond memory for me as it was my mother's favorite with tea. I have to order them online these days.

Kagi-Fret-Mini-Assorted are the most expensive wafers on sale in Swiss supermarkets. A package weighing 2500 grams costs almost US $ 128. Those who want to spend less can buy the 150 gram pack for 9.72CHF (about 11 US dollars .

It is madness to spend that amount of money. The taste of these wafers does not differ much from that of the wafers which cost 10 times less.

Meh????????????????????????'

Swiss soda drink Rivella

Rivella is a soda drink that stands out from all the others because of its basic ingredient: milk serum. The result is a taste and aroma that is rather atypical in the world of soft drinks. Yet Rivella enjoys great support among the Swiss population, which helps to explain the importance of cows and milk in the culture of my country

?

I don't mean the ? in a bad way only that I'd never heard of that. It sounds like an interesting idea or at the very least something very different from the ordinary soda. Is it sugar free? What size are those bottles? 1/2L, 1L, 2L? Is it very carbonated? How is preferred cold or room temperature or over ice? I really like the chronology of the bottles.
