Us workers would know if the cleaner hadn't been in, but not if the MD took the day off. He didn't appreciate my statement. But at the time I wish I could explained my thoughts to him better, because he was a wonderful MD, he knew all the workers names. I once experienced when the cleaner didn't show up... it was so obvious at once. The bins were overflowing and everything else was in disarray. That shows you the importance of every job in a company. The bones are equally important and every job is... It's a team, together it can work, if someone is devalued, it breaks that stability.
